L’objectif du premier festival éco-art entièrement russe est de montrer des aspects de la crise mondiale à travers les beaux-arts. Le projet a réuni des artistes de quarante villes de Russie.
Exposition intermédiaire, l’exposition finale du projet aura lieu au printemps 2021.
